LHSC/SJHC Web Single Sign-on Help Page
You need a valid set of corporate credentials (ie. an Active Directory (AD) account) in order to sign in to sites and applications that are protected by our web SSO framework.
In the "Username or someone@hospital-domain.ca" field, you can enter:
- Your username (eg. doej)
- Your UPN (user principal name), which looks like an email address but is actually one of two things:
- The same as your primary email address, if you have email hosted by the London hospitals (eg. john.doe@lhsc.on.ca)
- Your username, followed by '@lh.tvh.ca', if you do not have hospital email (eg. doej@lh.tvh.ca)
Your web browser also needs to accept HTTP/HTTPS session cookies, as these are used to assign you a session ticket once you have successfully authenticated.
For more information, please contact the ITS Help Desk at 4-HELP (44357) or 519-685-8335.
Please press your web browser's back button to try signing in again.
